In the densely-populated Acharnae Street, near the Agios Eleftherios Station, in an area with foregardens, a high-rise apartment building was built on pilotis for commercial purposes. The building has six floors and eight apartments. The first three floors have two apartments each, one per each road. The fourth floor is an all-floor-apartment, while the fifth and sixth floors are an integrated apartment of 120 m². The building was designed in such a way so that each apartment has a large balcony of its own. Locating the stairway on the left corner of one of the building's facades has facilitated the design and created a single pilotis area, which, together with the foregardens on either side of it, provides a green and rest area for the tenants. On the right side of the facade, there is a ramp leading to an undercover parking area.
