A residential project in a purely residential area, built on a 1,080 m² block of land. The building envelop design includes two building enclosures, a three-storey and a two-storey enclosure, sharing the same stairway. The two enclosures are set apart behind the facade to provide for greater independence and a better fit into the landscape. The building shell was accented by creating semi-open areas with prominences reminiscent of balconies or lanais used in traditional architectural designs. The central stairway extends down to the parking and storage areas located in the basement.
