An office building with ground level shops, located on a corner block of land covering an area of 400 m² in the central square of Aspropyrgos. It comprises of four ground level shops and twelve offices for shops on the first and second floors. Because of the greater length of its side on one of the roads, the building envelope design incorporates two enclosures. This allows for the section that lays further from the square to be visible to passers-by and for the creation of a green area to provide a pleasant environment for shop customers. In conjunction with the setting back of the front of the first enclosure and the creation of ground and first-level semi-open areas, this increases the foregarden and integrates it with the surrounding space. Modern and enduring materials, indian red cement bricks and visible coal-coloured concrete, chipped at the surface, have been used in the construction of this building.
