This is a permanent, 200 m² single house for a 4-member family, built on a 600 m² lot in Nea Artaki, Evia. The building comprises two levels: a ground level and a first floor. The ground level has a reception area, an office, kitchen, WC and a staircase leading to the basement and the upper floor, while the first floor has 3 bedrooms, a guest room, WC and a bathroom. The basement has space for storage, a boiler room, laundry, WC and parking spaces for two cars.
The building is cast in a modern and romantic style and its features are accented either by different colour schemes or by round-shaped projections arranged in a traditional style. At the back of the building, large balconies are arranged in the form of semi-open spaces overlooking the sea and, at the front, a large veranda with a pergola stand out on the first floor. The ground floor has a rubble-filled veranda being a continuation of the foregarden.
