In Agios Stefanos, a single house 150 m² for a 4-member family was built on a 400 m² lot. The building comprises two levels, a 150 m² ground level for main use and a 150 m² basement for auxiliary use. Access to the basement is from a non-sheltered area at the back of the building. The ground level and the basement are interconnected via an L-shaped concrete staircase; there's no lift. A veranda is created by an elevation on the ground level and was dressed up in stone. Materials used include timber frames, plain surfaces coated with plaster, traditional slates, oak planks for the yard wall, California marble tiles for the staircase and the corridor leading to the staircase.
